  • New porting flow split numbers to multiple orders based on rate centers and underlying carriers so that RC direct brands customers don't need to submit separate orders when porting NA numbers via admin portal
  • RingEX user invitation email content update to include information about not only phone, but video and messaging as well

Call Handling

  • Allows users to quickly initiate a multi-party (3+) ad hoc conference call directly from their phone that's hosted by RingCentral's servers
  • Allows call queue managers to easily forward all call queue calls to voicemail, an extension or external number, or an announcement with the click of a switch
  • Incoming calls to phone numbers assigned to Users and Limited Extensions can now be disconnected or redirected to the company main number
