1. While on a live call, select the Call Actions button.
2. Click on the Transfer option from the dropdown menu.
3. Type a name or number in the field above or dial a number on the keypad.
4. Select the Ask first button at the bottom of the dial pad.
5. Once the call has been patched through, speak to the person as desired, and when you’re ready, click the Complete transfer button at the bottom of the dial pad.
