Auto-answer calls

Using the desktop app, you can choose to have your calls automatically answered.

We've added custom sound notifications for text messages and faxes.

Meeting history now available

Looking for a list of your past meetings - even the ones that weren't recorded?

Now the Video tab in the RingCentral desktop app includes a list of all your past meetings. Click on one to get more meeting info, like the list of participants, transcript, keywords, and more.

Exchange on-premises integration

If your company uses Exchange, you can now sync meetings between RingCentral and your calendar.

This will make it easier to schedule new meetings or view and join upcoming meetings directly from your calendar.

Edited tag on messages

When a message has been changed, an Edited tag will appear next to the message.

Everyone in the conversation will be able to see that the message has been edited.

Mute conversations

Work distraction-free by turning off notifications for low-priority conversations.

For any team, select Mute conversation from the More menu. You'll only get notified when you are @mentioned.

Pick your Enter key preference

Pressing your Enter key to send messages is the default, but you can now change it to add a new line instead.

Go to your settings to change your preference anytime if you want to try it the other way.

Use the search bar to find settings

Finding the settings you want just got easier. Just use the search bar.

Want to modify your notifications? Or select a new virtual background? Use the top search bar on the Message tab to look for any setting you want to change.

Mark a message as unread in a conversation

Manage your work efficiently with a new way to mark conversations as unread.

Now you choose any point in a conversation to mark messages as unread. This way you can remind yourself to go back and respond to a thread when you're ready and when it's more convenient.

Going on a break or a vacation? Forward all of your calls with a single tap.

Send calls to voicemail, a coworker, or an external number. Set an optional start/end date so that calls get forwarded based on your schedule.
