The Surveys page allows you to manage customer satisfaction surveys to be sent to users supported by an agent in Engage Digital. Surveys are only available on channels that support private messaging. You can use an existing survey created in Alchemer, or you can integrate with a third-party vendor using the Survey SDK
When an agent closes a conversation with a customer, and a survey has been configured for that channel, the survey is sent to the customer through a private message. You can configure surveys to be sent immediately or with a delay, customize survey content by channel or language, and use variables to personalize messages.
