Engage Digital | System requirement specifications
The following are the recommended system requirement specifications for the RingCentral Engage Digital platform.
Browser
For agents and administrators, please use only the latest or the latest previous version of any of the following browsers:
Mozilla Firefox
Google Chrome
Safari
Microsoft Edge
For co-browsing, the end user can use Internet Explorer 11 as well as any of the previously mentioned browsers.
The rest of the system requirements apply to all users.
Operating system
Please use a computer with an operating system that supports a compatible browser.
RAM
Please use a computer with at least 4GB of system memory.
Screen resolution
Please use a monitor that has a resolution that is at least 1,024 pixels wide.
Internet connection
Please connect to the Engage Digital platform using an internet connection with a speed of at least 1Mbps.
