Unable to attach a document in a fax

The document you’re trying to attach in a fax must meet RingCentral technical requirements.

Issue

You’re having trouble attaching documents to a fax.

If you’re unable to attach a document, make sure:

The attachment’s file format is supported. Learn more
The attachment’s file name doesn’t include ampersands (&) or other special characters.
The attachment doesn’t have more than 200 pages.
The combined size of all attachments isn’t larger than 50 MB.
