Downloading and installing RingCentral Rooms
on a host device

RingCentral Rooms: Installing the Host Application
If you’re an admin of your company, you can install the RingCentral Rooms host app on your Mac Mini or Windows device. It is recommended that you connect both the host and controller equipment into the same network for optimal performance. See RingCentral Rooms system requirements for more information.
We recommend your host device runs one of the following operating systems to work with RingCentral Rooms:
- Windows: Windows 10
- Mac Mini: Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave) or above
Downloading and installing the RingCentral Rooms app on Mac or Windows
- Navigate to the RingCentral Rooms app in the RingCentral app Gallery.
- If prompted, sign in with your RingCentral credentials.
- Click Download for Windows or Download for iOS.
- Click Download.
- Follow the download instructions to complete installing the RingCentral Rooms software on your device.
After downloading the host application, ensure you set up your controller next and then pair the host and controller devices. Visit Pairing the RingCentral Rooms host device and controller to learn more.
