RingCentral Rooms recommended setups

Admins can choose one of two hardware setups based on their capacity needs. To see the minimum system requirements for RingCentral Rooms, visit RingCentral rooms system requirements.

Room appliance kit (recommended): A bar with a built-in computer, camera, microphone and speaker, and separate controller.
Room kit (modular):
- Separate computer, controller, and where needed, controller console, and connector for power and network.
- Separate camera, microphone, and speaker or bar with a built-in camera, microphone, and speaker.

Note: We recommend using the audio input and output hardware from the same kit to prevent audio issues, such as echo. Learn more.
