Viewing the whiteboard on RingCentral Rooms

Whiteboard is a virtual collaborative canvas that allows you to express ideas visually. When you join a meeting in RingCentral Rooms and another participant shares the whiteboard, you can view the whiteboard content on your monitor. 

 

Whiteboard displays the whole canvas on a full fixed screen. This allows meeting room participants to see everyone's actions on the canvas at a glance.

 

Your monitor view will be content-only by default when another user shares the whiteboard. You can change the displayed content or swap displays when using multiple monitors.
