Admin
Expanded porting order history: Admins can view all porting orders, including rejected orders, and filter by date range. The filter shows the last 90 days by default.
Porting document access: Admins can view and download documents uploaded for a porting order, including Letters of Authorization, bills, and account statements.
Delegated lines on by default: Delegated lines are now turned on by default for eligible RingEX packages on RingCentral brands.
Enhanced in-app user administration: Admins can now assign add-on licenses and purchase new licenses when adding or editing users in the RingCentral desktop app. When upgrading a user to RingEX and setting up a digital line, admins can assign a digital line directly from an unassigned extension.

AI data retention policy: Super admins can set how long AI notes and transcripts are kept for Phone and Meetings, independently of call log and meeting log retention. Choose from 7, 14, 30, 90, 180, or 365 days, the default. For Meetings, the recording and in-meeting chat follow the same schedule.
Sint Maarten calling rate update: Calls to the Sint Maarten prefix 1-721-544 are now supported and charged at the same rate as other Sint Maarten prefixes.
