Features

RCX Core

  • Supervisors can now see real-time interaction categories in the Interactions tab.
  • For voice interactions in RingCX within the RingCentral app, agents now see real-time queue statistics (logged-in agents, available agents, and EWT) directly in the requeue picker.
  • RingCX is now integrated with federated RingEX directories, allowing agents to search, view, and connect via direct call/transfer with users across subsidiary and region-joined accounts. Admins can manage visibility through a corporate directory flag.
  • RingCX now includes an omnichannel channel manager, combining the number manager and digital channel manager to manage all voice and digital channels in one place.
  • RingCX now has a role-based user management system for agent roles and settings, with a migration dashboard to preview and migrate agent roles before a mandatory rollout on February 1, 2026.

Integrations

  • RingCX for Salesforce and RingCX for HubSpot now include customization, allowing admins to tailor the integration to their workflows with customizable matching, screen pops, and logging.
  • The Agent Assist panel is now embedded in the adapter for RingCX for Salesforce, RingCX for Zendesk, and RingCX for HubSpot, giving agents real-time AI answers and knowledge suggestions during calls.
  • RingCX for Salesforce now restores an agent’s session after a browser refresh, removing the need to re-login and providing a more stable, uninterrupted experience for integrated softphone users.
