Engage Voice | Logging in to the platform

We’ve made accessing the platform easy and convenient for you. Using one account, you can easily log in to either the admin, analytics, or agent interface.
 
If you have access to Agent, Admin, and Analytics, you will have access to selecting the Admin, Analytics, and Agent tiles after logging in. However, if you only have access to one interface (for example, the agent interface), then you will be automatically directed to that interface and forego the interface selection.
 

How to log in to the platform

If you’d like to log in to the platform, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to engage.ringcentral.com
2. Click Sign In, then select your preferred sign-in method in the Sign In page. Options include using RingCentral email address or phone number, Google, or Single Sign-on.

Logging in using your RingCentral credentials

To log in using your RingCentral email address or phone number, follow these steps:
1. Enter your email address or phone number
2. Click the Next button
3. If you logged in using your phone number, you can enter your extension number in the Extension (optional) field. Please note: You may need to specify your extension if you are sharing the same phone number in your account and to avoid logging in as a different user
4. Enter your password
5. Click the Sign In button. If you select Stay signed in, you will be automatically logged in to your account the next time you visit the site 
6. If you've been granted access to multiple platforms, select the tile of the interface you’d like to log in to (AgentAdmin, or Analytics)

Logging in using Google

To log in using your Google credentials, follow these steps:
1. Click the Google button to navigate to the Google login page
2. Sign in with your Google account using one of the following methods:

a. If you have logged in before using your Google account credentials, select your Google account to log in automatically

b. If this is your first time logging in

i. Enter your Google email address or phone number 

ii.. Click the Next button

iii. Enter your password

iv. Click Next to navigate to a page requesting access to your Google account

v. Select Allow to finish signing in to the platform

3. If you've been granted access to multiple platforms, select the tile of the interface you’d like to log in to (AgentAdmin, or Analytics
Please note: If your Google account has been provisioned with Google G Suite, you may be redirected to the Google G Suite login page. Enter your login credentials, and then click Sign In.

Logging in using Single Sign-on

To log in using SSO, follow these steps:
1. Click the Single Sign-on button
2. Enter your email address to confirm your identity 
3. Click Submit 
4. You will be asked to enter your company's Identity Provider (IdP) login. Enter your Username and Password
5. Click the Sign In button
6. If you've been granted access to multiple platforms, select the tile of the interface you’d like to log in to (AgentAdmin, or Analytics)

How to log in to the platform using legacy credentials

If you are a legacy user logging in using your legacy credentials, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to engage.ringcentral.com
2. Click Use alternative credentials underneath the Sign In button
3. In the Alternative sign in modal window, select the Platform from the dropdown list
4. Select the Application from the dropdown list
5. Click Next
6. On the sign in page, enter your email or phone number if you are logging in to the Admin or Analytics. Enter your username if you are logging in to Agent
7. Enter your password
8. Click Sign in
