A new layout for the Message tab
Experience an improved look and feel that simplifies viewing, sorting, and handling conversations. The improved layout makes it easier to write new messages and save bookmarks and offers quick access to essentials like sorting messages by folders or recents. It also introduces new settings to suit your preferred workflow.
Pair your deskphone with your RingCentral app to use the app’s rich features. When you make or answer calls, audio will go through the paired desk phone.
Spam call blocking
Mark annoying callers as spam and we'll automatically block them for you and report as spam. You can unblock callers at any time.

New call rule design makes it easy to setup how your calls are handled. Create custom call rules from your desktop and mobile apps. Activate and manage your call rules from anywhere. Admin Portal Phone settings have been updated to align with desktop and mobile apps.
