RingCentral Rooms system requirements

NOTE: This article is referencing hardware exclusively related to RingCentral Video Rooms. Some of the mentioned devices do not work with RingCentral Meetings Rooms.
Admins can choose one of two hardware setups based on their capacity needs. For a full list of recommended setups, visit RingCentral Rooms recommended setups.
- Room appliance kit (recommended): A bar with a built-in computer, camera, microphone and speaker, and separate controller.
- Room kit:
- Separate computer, controller, controller console, camera, microphone, and speaker, or
- Bar with a built-in camera, microphone, and speaker.
