Introduced the following features:

AI agent support: AI agents are now a user class in ACE, so you can manage their performance alongside your human agents. Admins can apply scorecards, trackers, and surveys to AI-handled interactions, and those interactions appear across all ACE analytics and filters.
Interaction scenarios for Insights: Dashboards on the Insights tab now include recent interaction scenarios, so you can find real interactions for each.
