AIR for Shopify (customer beta): Merchants can now set up and manage an AI Receptionist for their Shopify store. The integration includes Shopify sign-in, AIR creation, and a dedicated dashboard with a Settings tab, plus two new skills — product lookup and order lookup — so AIR can answer customer questions about products and order status.
Dutch language supported: AIR has expanded its supported languages to include Dutch. Callers in Dutch-speaking regions can now interact with AIR in their preferred language.
New Latin American Spanish voices: Refreshed voice options with regional Latin American Spanish accents have been added to AIR for a more natural local experience.
Connect to Salesforce with a custom instance URL: Admins can now connect AIR to Salesforce accounts that use a custom instance URL.
