What's New

  • AIR can end calls: When a caller indicates they're done with the conversation, the AI Receptionist delivers a natural closing phrase and ends the call. Every call ends cleanly, without leaving customers waiting on the line after they've been helped.
  • Route call queue overflow to AIR: AIR extensions can now be set as a destination for call queues. When call queue members are unavailable, queues are full, or wait times are exceeded, calls are automatically routed to AIR so every caller gets assistance. 
  • Manage lead capture timing: You can now choose to have AIR collect caller information right after the initial greeting, after all questions are answered, or just before transferring to a human agent. This provides the flexibility to capture leads at the moment that makes the most sense for your business.
