What's New

  • AIR for Shopify: Shopify merchants have two new tabs in the dashboard. 
    • Analytics: View call-performance metrics, such as minutes used, calls handled, and resolution rates, for a selectable date range. 
    • History: View every call handled by AIR, including the caller, time, duration, outcome, and language. Calls can be filtered by status.
  • AIR Outbound SMS via Messente for the UK: AIR can now send text messages for UK accounts using Messente. Admins can turn it on for individual receptionists with the Send text message skill.
