- Forward messages from one conversation to another.
Schedule recurring meetings (RingCentral Video)
- You can now schedule your recurring meetings from the RingCentral app.
Task category sorting
- Easily find and track your tasks by sorting them by category or color.
Parked calls improvements
- You can now park calls while active on a call that's being recorded.
Standalone call window
- Optimize your phone experience by displaying calls in a detached window.
App Gallery
- Browse and install Add-ins to conversations to improve your workflow.
Head-up display (HUD) default status
- The default HUD setting will now be "on."
Guest badge
- Easily identify people outside of your organization with a colored Guest badge.
