Why can’t I use Poly Trio as a controller with a Windows
or Mac host?

Issue

You are unable to use Poly Trio as a controller with windows host or mac host.

Connect the Poly Trio in USB mode to the host using a USB cable (an extender may be needed).
Set up an iPad or Android tablet as a controller with an apt console (e.g. Heckler console).
- Install RCV Rooms controller on the tablet.
In absence of controller hardware, contact RingCentral Customer Success Manager or your Sales engineer or Support.
