Why can’t I see annotations from the host or panelist in a webinar?

Issue

During a webinar, hosts, cohosts, and panelists can annotate over a screen share using the pen icon. However, attendees cannot see these annotations.

The ability for attendees to see annotations is not supported in the current version of RingCentral Webinar.

RingCentral Webinar attendees will see annotations made by the hosts and panelists in future updates.
