Agents

Operating system
Admins and agents should meet the minimum operating system requirements for their computers.
- Any operating system that will support the above browsers
- System memory of 4GB or more
Screen resolution
Admins and agents should meet the minimum screen resolution requirements for their computer screens.
Minimum requirements for admins and agents
- 1024 x 768 pixels (1280 x 768 and above recommended)
