Engage Digital | Logging in to Engage Digital
There are two authentication methods that you can use to log in to the platform: email address and password, and single sign-on authentication. The single sign-on authentication method will be available if configured by your admin. Both of these methods can be accessed by navigating to https://your-subdomain.digital.ringcentral.com on a compatible web browser:
Logging in using your registered email address and password
- 1. Enter your email address.
- 2. Enter your password.
3. Click Sign In.
Logging in using Single Sign-on (SSO)
- 1. Click Sign in with SSO.
- 2. If this is your first time using SSO to log in to the platform, you will be asked to enter your registered email address and password.
Note: Successive logins will require only step 1.
Once you log in, you will be able to access all interfaces - Agent, Admin, or Analytics - to which your role has permission.
