Engage Digital | Logging in to Engage Digital
We’ve made accessing the platform easy and convenient for you. Using one account, you can easily log in to either the admin, analytics, agent, or all interfaces at once depending on your role permissions.
Let’s take a look at the two authentication methods that you can use to log in to the platform: email address and password, and single sign-on authentication. The single sign-on authentication method will be available if configured by your admin. Both of these methods can be accessed by navigating to https://your-subdomain.digital.ringcentral.com on a compatible web browser:
Logging in using your email address and password
To log in using your registered email address and password, follow these steps:
- 1. Enter your email address
- 2. Enter your password
3. Click Sign In
Logging in using Single Sign-on (SSO)
To login using SSO, follow these steps:
- 1. Click Sign in with Saml
- 2. If this is your first time using SSO to log in to the platform, you will be asked to enter your registered email address and password
