What's New

These release notes are published early (4 weeks before the planned release date in October), to give ample notice of agent UI impact upon release. We may provide updates on features and enhancements for Engage Voice products as we get close to the roll out date.

RingCentral may update these Release Notes to document additional resolved and known issues.

This is the 20.4.1 Release Note.

The following features are being released as part of 20.4.1 using the URLs listed below.

Improved productivity for HCI Pace
New Engage Landing Page with RingCentral Office credentials (requires a RingCentral Office account)

Reminder: RingCentral Office Integration with Engage Voice Platform is available for all customers.

All customers are encouraged to start using the simplified URL -- engage.ringcentral.com -- to benefit from continued feature improvements within the RingCentral Office Integration to Engage Voice. Refer to the 20.2.1 Release Notes for reference.

New features will continue to be enabled for accounts integrated with RC Office.

What's New?

Improved productivity for HCI Pace:

The UI has been updated so that the clicker agent simply clicks on the next number presented. In case of leads with multiple phone numbers, and if the first number does not connect, the next number for that same lead will be presented transparently for the clicker agent

New Engage Landing Page with RingCentral Office credentials

If you have a RingCentral Office account, the new landing page utilizes RingCentral Office Credentials to allow users to log in to their Engage Voice profile.
