Call handling
Configurable IVR menu repeat: Admins can now set how many times an IVR menu repeats when a caller doesn't respond. This can be set globally in Default IVR settings or per individual IVR menu.

Call forwarding to Cloud Connector extensions: Cloud Connector extensions can now be used as call-forwarding destinations.
Geo IP restrictions: Set up Geo IP restrictions to enhance security, prevent unauthorized access, and comply with regional data privacy regulations.
Routing to BYOC CCRN numbers: Calls to a Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) Contact Center Routing Number (CCRN) are now routed via the PSTN, so customers can run their own PBX IVR before the call reaches RingCentral.
New dial plan and BYOC countries: Dial plans and Bring Your Own Carrier (BYOC) are now available in Iceland and Bahrain.
Domestic SMS in the UK: SMS-capable DigitalLine licenses, mobile numbers, SMS bundles, and Business SMS Booster licenses are now available for UK accounts.
