Customer Engagement Bundle

The new Customer Engagement Bundle and add-on licenses include the following features:

Call Queues Booster:

  • Position in Queue (PIQ): Provides updates to callers on their current position in the queue.
  • Estimated Wait Time (EWT): Provides callers with the estimated wait time to connect to a call queue member.
  • Callback request: Gives callers the option to request a callback from a queue.
  • Live Reports: Check call queue member availability, track performance, and monitor service levels.
  • Capacity increases: Increase the maximum number of simultaneous callers allowed and the maximum caller wait time.

Business SMS Booster:

  • SMS Shared inbox: View and respond to all customer text messages from the same inbox.
  • Reply templates: Use company-wide approved text messages.

Admin

  • Purchases initiated from the Licenses & Inventory page in the Admin Portal will now direct you to complete the process in the Billing Admin Portal.
  • AI Receptionist (AIR) service notification subscriptions can now be set up in the Admin Portal. The current status also appears on the Service Status site.
  • The Reports menu will be updated to Analytics & Logs in the Admin Portal to better reflect the features within it. 
  • Contact Center Analytics are available under the Analytics & Logs menu.
  • You can now download the Windows ARM version of the RingCentral app directly from Apps and Resources in the Admin Portal.

Hardware & Firmware

  • Automatic provisioning and merchandising support for Yealink T73W, T74W, and T85W devices.
  • Certification and merchandising of Yealink W59R Pro as a handset for the W70B multi-user base station.
  • Multi-user configuration and merchandising support for Cisco ATA 191 and 192 devices.

Global

  • International Virtual Numbers (IVNs) can no longer be assigned in India.
  • Global RingEX Select users in India are now required to provide Legal Data information in the Admin Portal.

Security

  • Coming soon - Users will receive email alerts after logging in from a new device with geolocation, IP address, and application details. Admin can download a CSV file from the Audit Log to track access activity.
