What’s new
Invite-only sign-up: New users can no longer sign up directly in the app and need to join using an invite.
In-call audio help: The app now detects common audio issues during calls, such as a muted mic or low speaker volume. You’ll get prompts to fix these issues in real time.
No-ring troubleshooter: A self-service tool checks your app and computer settings to help you diagnose and fix no-ring issues.
Thread navigation: You can now use the Up and Down arrow keys to move through messages in a thread to review and navigate conversations.
RingSense to ACE: RingSense is now called AI Conversation Expert (ACE) throughout the app.
HUD sorting: Sort your HUD list manually or by alphabetical and reverse alphabetical order.
