SPAM Voicemail screening: Take greater control of incoming calls with real-time voicemail screening. Listen to voicemails as they’re recorded and decide whether to answer, block, or ignore the call.
Call queue SMS recipient: Assign SMS recipients for call queues to send and receive text messages on behalf of their queues (phased rollout).
Keyboard shortcuts for pop-out conversations and bookmarks: Pop out a chat window or open your bookmarks with new keyboard shortcuts.
