Choosing your company operator in the RingCentral
app desktop and web | RingCentral app 

Who can use this feature?
Admins only. This is only for small and medium business (SMB) customers. Not sure which customer you are? Click here to learn more.

Admins can select an operator even if they have the company greeting turned off. Your operator is the person to whom calls will be forwarded when a caller presses (0) during your company greeting or a team member's voicemail message. Only team members that have been enabled earlier in the setup will be available as operators.
Admins can do this during the setup process after account activation or by going to the left-hand navigation bar.

Choosing company operator

1. Click Company setup on the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Click Review or Edit on Review company call flow card.
3. Click Operator.
4. Click the dropdown menu to select which user your callers will be transferred when they press (0) during the company greeting or a voicemail message.
