Account account restriction: Account administrators can restrict access to their company’s RingCentral account while users are on the company’s corporate network, preventing access to personal accounts. In order to have this feature enabled, customers should call RingCentral support. The customer admin can then configure the Account Realm ID to complete the setup.

Invite by Email in Rooms (GA): Room user can invite participants (including external participants) by their emails from the Rooms controller
Share screen through HDMI: Room users are able to share their laptop screen by plugging in HDMI cable both for a local share session or in meeting.
Gallery pagination: If meeting has more than 25 participants, Room user can navigate gallery view from Rooms controller to view the rest of participants in subsequent pages.
