Managing webinar recordings

Recordings are available when the webinar was recorded. Hosts can access the webinar recordings and share them with whoever needs the recording after the webinar ends. It may take a while for the recording to finish processing, and if that happens it will appear as “Recording still being processed.”

Accessing webinar recordings

  1. Go to Webinar > Past on the left navigation bar of the RingCentral app.
  2. Click on the webinar that you want to access the recording. The recorded webinar has a Yes under the Recorded column. You can also hover over the webinar and click the eye icon.

  1. The recording will be available to share once it is done processing. You can share the recording via Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and other email platforms. You can also do the following with the recording:
    • Copy recording link: Allows you to copy the recording link and share it via any platform. 
    • Download: Allows you to download an .mp4 file of the recording.
    • Delete: Delete the recording.

Other recording statuses

The Recording card may have different statuses depending on the state of the webinar. It may appear as delete, not recorded, or failed.

The Recording card may also appear with grayed-out sharing links and grayed-out management buttons. Contact your admin to enable the recording management options for your webinar.
