For example, you create an insight in Analytical Designer and you name it Agent Team Engaged Time, filtered by ‘Agent Team’ and ‘Engaged.’ You then go to Dashboards to create a new dashboard and include Agent Team Engaged Time to it. You go and add two Attribute Filters to the dashboard, also ‘Agent Team’ and 'Engaged’. This means there are two filter conditions being applied to the data inside Agent Team Engaged Time. First is the insight filter you added in Analytical Designer, and the second is the Global dashboard filter.
