Features

RCX Core

Manually dialed outbound calls now count towards a lead’s pass/attempt total, so contact-frequency and compliance limits configured on the campaign are enforced consistently across automated and manual dialing.
Improvement to recording delivery destination configuration to select Audio recordings, Screen recordings for voice interactions, or Screen recordings for digital interactions.
Admins can now configure a grace period per queue, during which digital interactions stay reserved for the disconnected agent. If the agent reconnects within that window, they pick up right where they left off. If the timer expires, the interaction returns to the queue.
RingCX now supports Amazon Email (beta) for sending and receiving email. You can configure and verify your own email domains in RingCX and use them to create email addresses for your channels. Amazon Email is currently available by request.
RingCX now supports Contact Center Routing Numbers (CCRNs) for high-volume SMS/MMS channels. Admins can register and assign a CCRN through RingEX, then use it to configure an SMS/MMS channel in RingCX.

Analytics

The Agent widget in Real-time dashboards now supports the Previewing agent state. While an agent is previewing an interaction before accepting or rejecting it, the State column displays the new PREVIEWING value and the Status Time column displays the time the agent has been in this state.
