After clicking the shared webinar recording link, you are redirected to the sign-in page. This redirect occurs if the webinar host has configured recording so that it may be viewed only by signed-in users or by users within the same company as the webinar’s host.
If the webinar recording is locked for signed-in users or company employees, and you don’t have the RingCentral app installed on your device, you will need to sign in to your RingCentral account to open and play the recording from your browser.
