  • RingCentral app desktop, Version 21.2.30 (Release: Mid-June)
  • Head Up Display (HUD)
    • Core HUD functionality allows receptionists, executive assistants, and power users to view colleagues' real-time availability, manage multiple incoming calls, and more.
  • Park call improvements
  • Advanced team administration
    • Admins have the ability to view private and public teams from the Contacts tab. They can also join private teams, reassign team admins, view team members, adjust team settings, and restore archived teams.
  • Access directory contacts (Open Beta)
    • End users will now be able to access their Microsoft Global Address List (GAL) & Google Directory contacts if they sign into their Microsoft/Google account in the desktop app.
