Windows failed to upgrade from 23.3.20 to later versions
- If you already have 23.3.20 upgraded but you failed to upgrade to later versions by clicking upgrade from Controller or from admin portal, please do as follows:
  
  1. Go to our download site and download the latest build.
  2. Install from scratch and overwrite previous build.
  
  You will then perform the upgrade successfully.
